What to Do If You Cannot Log In
Login issues happen, and they are almost always fixable in a couple of minutes. Here are the most common reasons and what to do about each one:
- Wrong password: Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. An OTP or reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Follow the steps to set a new password.
- Wrong mobile number or email: Double-check what you registered with. Some players sign up with a JazzCash number but try to log in with a different number. If you are unsure, try both your mobile number and your email.
- OTP not arriving: Check that your phone has signal and that the number entered matches the one on your account. If you still do not receive the code after a minute, request a resend. If that does not work, contact support via live chat.
- Account locked or suspended: For security reasons, multiple failed login attempts can trigger a temporary account lock. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact the support team to have the lock removed after verifying your identity.

Keeping Your 1pp Account Secure
Your account holds real PKR — so treating your login credentials seriously is worth the thirty seconds of effort. A few habits that every 1pp player should have:
- Use a password that is unique to 1pp and not shared with any other account or app.
- Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be 1pp support. The actual support team will never ask for your password.
- If you are logging in on a shared device — a family phone or a friend's computer — uncheck "Keep me signed in" and log out manually when you are done.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact support. The team can review recent login activity and secure your account.
- Keep the mobile number linked to your account active and in your possession. It is your main fallback for account recovery via OTP.
1pp uses SSL encryption on all data transfers, so your password and payment details are never transmitted in plain text. The OTP step on new devices adds another layer of protection against unauthorised access, even if someone else gets hold of your password.
Login and Your VIP Status
Your VIP tier and points do not reset between sessions. Every time you log in, your current tier status is reflected in your dashboard — along with a progress bar showing how close you are to the next level.
