1pp Privacy Policy – How We Protect Your Data

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the 1pp platform, available at 1pp.onl and through the 1pp mobile application. It explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information provided by players based in Pakistan and elsewhere when they register, use the platform or get in touch with our support team.

• Payment account details — such as your JazzCash or Easypaisa mobile number, Raast ID or bank account number — provided when making deposits or requesting withdrawals.
• Communications you send to our support team via chat, email or in-app messaging.
• Any preference settings or responsible gaming limits you configure in your account.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system version, browser type and screen resolution.
• IP address and approximate location derived from it.
• Session data: pages visited, time spent, bets placed, games played, features used.
• Login timestamps and account access history.

Information from Third Parties

When identity verification is required — for example, before your first withdrawal — we may receive confirmation data from identity verification service providers. This is limited to what is necessary to confirm your identity and is not used for any other purpose.

4. Payment Data

Given that all 1pp transactions are conducted in PKR using Pakistani payment infrastructure, we want to be specific about how payment-related data is handled.

When you make a deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or a bank transfer, the transaction is processed by the relevant payment provider. 1pp receives confirmation of the completed transaction and the amount — we do not receive or store full payment credentials like mobile wallet PINs or full bank account details beyond what is needed to identify the destination for withdrawals.

If you use a debit or credit card, card details are handled by our payment processing partner using PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. 1pp servers do not store your full card number.

Your withdrawal destination accounts — JazzCash number, Easypaisa number, Raast ID or bank account — are stored securely and used only to process your withdrawal requests. These details must match the identity on your account, as third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Transaction history — amounts, dates and payment methods used — is retained as part of your account record for the purposes of dispute resolution and anti-fraud monitoring.

5. Sharing Your Data

1pp does not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for each purpose.

All third-party partners who receive your data are required to handle it confidentially and use it only for the specific purpose for which it was shared. They are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing or to pass it to additional parties.

6. Cookies

1pp uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep the platform working correctly and to understand how it is being used. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website or use an app.

While we work hard to keep your data secure, no online system can guarantee absolute security. You can help protect your own account by using a strong unique password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and contacting support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

8. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period afterwards. The retention period depends on the type of data and the reason it was collected.

• Account and identity data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for a period after closure to support dispute resolution and comply with anti-fraud requirements.
• Transaction records are retained for an extended period for audit and compliance purposes. This applies to all PKR deposits and withdrawals regardless of the payment method used.
• Support communications are retained for a period sufficient to resolve any follow-up queries related to the original interaction.
• Session and analytics data is typically anonymised or deleted on a rolling schedule once it is no longer needed for platform improvement purposes.

When data is no longer required and the retention period has passed, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

10. Minors

1pp is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If an account is found to belong to a minor, it is closed immediately and any associated data is deleted.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls and content filtering tools to prevent underage users from accessing gambling platforms. If you believe a minor has registered on 1pp, please contact our support team immediately so the account can be reviewed and closed.
