1pp Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 1pp platform, accessible at 1pp.onl and through the 1pp mobile application. The platform provides online sports betting, slot games, bingo, live casino and related gaming services. References to "1pp", "we", "us" or "the platform" throughout this document refer to the 1pp service and its operators. References to "you" or "the player" refer to any registered account holder or visitor using the platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules published for specific games, promotions or features. Where a conflict exists between a specific game rule or promotion term and these general Terms, the more specific rule applies to that game or promotion only. In all other respects, these general Terms take precedence.

1pp is an entertainment platform. Sports betting and casino games involve risk. You may lose money. Past results on any game or market do not indicate future outcomes. You should only wager amounts you are comfortable losing entirely.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of your use of the platform will be handled through the process described under the Account Closure section below.

2. Account Registration

To use 1pp, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number and accurate personal details. You agree to provide truthful information at registration and to keep that information current. Providing false details — including false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Each individual person may hold only one 1pp account. If you already have an account, do not register a second one. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person will be identified and closed. Any balance held across multiple accounts may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 1pp.
• You must be the person named on the account — accounts cannot be held on behalf of another person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Your login credentials must be kept confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

1pp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity card or other government-issued document. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

3. Deposits

Deposits on 1pp are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods and their minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen within your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else pays funds into your 1pp account on your behalf — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned and the deposit reversed.

1pp does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees applied by your payment provider — for example, mobile network transaction charges — are outside 1pp's control and are the player's responsibility. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your 1pp account, it cannot be reversed by you.

Deposit limits can be set within your account settings on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once a limit is lowered, it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period before the change is applied.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or a bank account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted — the destination account must match the identity on your 1pp account.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking working days. Current processing times and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page.

• Standard withdrawals do not require a support ticket — they are submitted directly through the platform.
• Identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Funds derived from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or reviewed if there is a security concern on the account.
• VIP members at higher tiers may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits and priority processing.

1pp reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud process and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Delays caused by incomplete documentation are the player's responsibility to resolve.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1pp offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. These may include welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback and VIP-specific rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer at the time it is active.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier applicable to a specific bonus is stated in that bonus's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. When you have both active, real money is wagered first.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while certain other games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• 1pp reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes to terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

If you are unsure whether a specific game or bet counts towards a wagering requirement, check the promotion page or contact support before placing the bet. Wagers placed in ignorance of exclusions are not reinstated.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 1pp sports section are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. For pre-match bets, odds are locked at confirmation. For live bets, the odds accepted are those displayed when the bet confirmation screen is submitted — not those visible before the submission screen loads.

1pp reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled or postponed and does not restart within the timeframe specified in the specific sport's rules.
• Odds were published due to a manifest error and the correct odds would have been materially different.
• There is clear evidence of match fixing or irregular activity associated with the event.
• A technical error caused an incorrect market or odds to be displayed.

Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is covered on 1pp with specific market rules for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, weather interruptions and abandoned matches. These rules are published in full on the Sports section. Players are advised to read sport-specific rules before placing bets on weather-affected formats.

Slot games on 1pp use certified random number generators. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed on the game's information screen before play begins. 1pp does not modify RTP settings beyond those certified by the game provider. Any malfunction during a slot session voids all pays and plays for that spin. Interrupted sessions are credited at the last confirmed game state.

Bingo games follow the rules published in the specific room. Numbers are drawn by a certified random system. Disputes over bingo prizes must be raised within 24 hours of the session end.

7. VIP Programme

The 1pp VIP programme rewards players based on their activity across the platform. Points are accumulated automatically through real-money wagering on sports, slots and bingo. The rate at which points accumulate and the benefits attached to each tier are published on the VIP page.

• VIP status is based on activity within a defined review period. Inactive accounts may be moved to a lower tier at the next scheduled review.
• VIP benefits — including cashback, higher withdrawal limits and priority support — are applied at the tier you hold at the time of the relevant activity.
• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts.
• 1pp reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and the points system at any time. Changes will be communicated before they take effect.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the 1pp platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots or any non-human method.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated by a known exploit will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus terms or promotional conditions.
• Using a VPN or other method to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform.

1pp monitors accounts for irregular patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 1pp may suspend or close the account, void relevant bets and withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

9. Privacy and Data

1pp collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as set out in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support and comply with applicable anti-fraud requirements. 1pp does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

1pp is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Every account holder has access to deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools. These are available at any time from within your account settings — no support request is needed to activate them.

11. Account Closure

You may close your 1pp account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

1pp reserves the right to close or suspend any account where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified.
• Identity verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has been detected.
• A self-exclusion has been requested by the account holder.
• Account activity is inconsistent with responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned after any compliance review is completed.

12. Changes to These Terms

1pp may update these Terms from time to time. When a material change is made, players will be notified via account notification or a notice displayed on the platform before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent change was made.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
